About British International School Ho Chi Minh City
British International School Ho Chi Minh City (BIS HCMC) is a co-educational day school founded in 1997, originally as a small pre-school called Tiny Tots in District 1. It has since grown into one of the largest international schools in Vietnam, with approximately 2,300 students from over 55 nationalities across three purpose-built campuses in the Thao Dien area of Ho Chi Minh City. The school is operated by Nord Anglia Education.
BIS HCMC follows the English National Curriculum and International Primary Curriculum (IPC) in primary years, with secondary students preparing for IGCSE examinations in Years 10–11 and the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12–13. Annual tuition fees for Year 3 in the 2026–27 academic year are VND 739,800,000. Tuition fees include school uniforms, daily lunches, snacks for Early Years and Primary students, learning materials, day trips and co-curricular activities delivered by school staff.
